Rafael assisted me from the moment I walked in. It was clear he knew what he was doing. They don't work for the insurance company — they work for you. My driver side mirror had to be replaced and the insurance only estimated a bandaid fix. Spray Gun went ahead and replaced it entirely. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all.

My Armada now looks like it did when I drove it home from the dealer in 2010. Spray Gun matched the paint perfectly and repaired my damaged door, rear quarter and liftgate. They even noticed my hood lifters had weakened and replaced them. 5-star work, plus a free loaner car. This is the second car I've brought to Spray Gun — they did quality work then and they do quality work now.
They provided a free loaner car — not a rental reimbursement, just handed me the keys. When I got my truck back it was as good as new. They even sent the tailgate to the bed liner guys for me. I've never heard of a body shop handing out free loaner cars for any work, and the quality backs it up. They had buses, motorhomes, UPS and FedEx trucks in the shop — if those companies use them, they must be pretty good.
