Heavy-duty structural collision repair

This 2024 Isuzu FTR HD arrived with extensive structural damage after a heavy left-front collision. The impact collapsed the driver's side A-pillar, distorted the hinge pillar, and buckled the floor structure.

At first glance it appeared that major portions of the cab would need complete replacement. Before determining the repair strategy, our technicians performed a controlled structural pull to evaluate which factory components could safely be restored and which had to be replaced. That step preserves as much of the original factory structure — and as many factory weld locations — as possible, instead of cutting first and asking later.

Because this Isuzu model is relatively new, parts information was extremely limited. Locating the correct structural components became one of the largest challenges of the repair, and took several rounds of communication with the dealership before work could begin.

Once the parts arrived, our technicians replaced the damaged structural sections, restored the cab geometry, verified every measurement, and confirmed the driver's door aligned exactly as designed before refinishing and reassembly.

The truck was returned to service with restored structural integrity, OEM panel alignment and a professional finish.
