Front-end collision damage on an owner-operator’s Cascadia. Parts were ordered and waiting before the truck ever came off the road, and the fiberglass hood was rebuilt around the headlight pocket instead of replaced — six days from drop-off to pickup.

A collision tore through the rear fiberglass corner of a commercial shuttle bus and destroyed the taillight mounting area. Rather than quoting an entire body section, the corner was cut back to solid material and rebuilt — contours, openings, paint and factory graphics all restored.
