What we do

Fiberglass fixed right.

Fiberglass is everywhere in modern vehicles: RV sidewalls, front and rear caps, truck hoods and fenders, bus panels, boat hulls, sports car body panels. When it cracks, delaminates, or gets crushed in a collision, it requires a completely different repair approach than sheet metal. Not every body shop knows how to work with it, and most do not have the space to handle large fiberglass vehicles.

Spray Gun Autobody has the equipment, the experience, and the booth. Our 65-foot climate-controlled spray booth can accommodate a full Class A motorhome, commercial bus, or semi-trailer. We handle everything from small spider cracks on a car bumper to full structural fiberglass restoration on a 40-foot RV.

The process starts with cleaning and grinding the damaged area, then building up layers of fiberglass mat and resin to restore structural integrity. We finish with gel-coat application or automotive paint to match the original surface. The repair is sanded, polished, and blended so the finished product is seamless.

Frequently asked

Fiberglass questions.

What types of fiberglass repair does Spray Gun do?

Crack repair, structural fiberglass restoration, gel-coat refinishing, delamination repair, and full fiberglass panel replacement. This applies to RV sidewalls, front and rear caps, truck body panels, bus panels, boat hulls, fenders, bumpers, hoods, and any other fiberglass component.

Can Spray Gun repair fiberglass on large vehicles like RVs and buses?

Yes. Our 65-foot spray booth is one of the largest in Nevada. It accommodates Class A motorhomes, commercial buses, and semi-trailers. Most Las Vegas body shops cannot fit these vehicles. We can repair and refinish fiberglass on vehicles of any size in a single pass.

How long does fiberglass repair take?

Small crack repairs and spot work are often completed in 2 to 3 business days. Larger structural repairs or full panel replacements can take 5 to 10 business days depending on the extent of the damage and vehicle size. We provide an honest timeline before work begins.

Does insurance cover fiberglass repair?

In most cases, yes. Fiberglass damage from collisions, road debris, and weather events is typically covered. We work with every major insurance carrier, file all paperwork, handle supplements, and direct-bill the insurer.
